Hi, I’m Cezar Maroti, founder of Frontline CRM. During and after the pandemic, I worked in global logistics while supply chains were under pressure and hiring demand exploded across warehouses worldwide. I’ve done this at scale in a high-volume logistics environment. Almost 20'000 hires per year, out of which 10'000 hires were in frontline operational roles (truck drivers, warehouse workers, forklift drivers, etc.)

- Candidates registered from any channel (Indeed, Facebook, ads, offline)
- Multiple interviewers on-site; ~20-minute meetings; offers on the spot
- Implemented in weeks; used for over a year during peak demand
This approach would have taken 5x more time and effort with the previous systems.
