AI can handle first contact, ask your screening questions and prepare qualitative summaries. It does not score, rank, reject or hire candidates. Your team makes every decision.
How does the phone switchboard work?
The switchboard is configured for your business. Calls go to your HR team first; if HR is busy, it’s outside working hours or it’s the weekend, calls are directed to Maria. Recruiters review the candidate context and make every progression and hiring decision.
Do candidates need a CV?
No. CVs are optional. Teams can collect relevant context through mobile-friendly applications and role-specific questions.
Where are platform data and backups hosted?
Platform data and backups use European cloud hosting. Platform data is encrypted. AI uses Mistral; voice processing uses ElevenLabs. The European data-residency statement covers platform storage and backups, not all third-party processing.
